How do I order food?
At both of our locations, we use QR code table ordering from your phone and we will deliver to your table. If you have any questions or issues, please ask a staff member! We are happy to assist in placing your order for you.
Can I order food at the bar?
To avoid a line and get beverages to guests quickly, there will not be ordering available at the bar.
Is outside food still allowed?
Outside food is no longer allowed. We hope you continue to support the local restaurants who supported us throughout the past 4 years!
Can I bring in outside desserts?
Outside dessert for a private event allowed!
Do you deliver?
We currently do not offer delivery.
How do I get my food?
If you order from a QR code, the food will be brought to your table (please remain at the table you order from.) If you order from the kitchen window, we will give you a table number and deliver to you.
What are the kitchen hours?
Manchester: Tuesday - Thursday 4-9pm, Friday & Saturday 12-9:30pm, Sunday 12-6pm
Hartford: Tues & Wed: 12-9pm, Thurs - Sat: 12-10pm, Sunday: 12-6pm
Do you take reservations?
We are a first come first serve establishment, therefore we don’t take reservations. However, we love to host private events! Email events@urbanlodgebrewing.com for more information.
Are kids welcome?
All ages are welcome at Urban Lodge. We ask that children remain with your group at all times.
Are dogs welcome?
Manchester: Well-behaved and leashed dogs are welcome inside and outside.
Hartford: Dogs are not allowed inside the taproom, but are welcome in our outdoor seating area.
Do you have a full bar, or only beer?
We offer a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. From beer, wine, cider and cocktails, we have something for everyone.
Where can I find your beer?
You can pick up 4packs to-go from either location, we are also available in a growing list of package stores in Connecticut! Find our beer
Do you brew your beer on site?
When we first opened our doors back in 2019, all brewing was done right in our Manchester taproom. In December of 2022 we had officially outgrown our “brew room”. In order to keep up with the demand, we moved our production facility just a few minutes away to Progress Drive, still in Manchester!
Do you have live music?
Manchester: We have live music every Friday throughout the year. During our busier months (May-September) we have live music both Friday and Saturday nights from 6-9 PM! To inquire about playing, please email events@urbanlodgebrewing.com
Hartford: We do not currently have live music scheduled.
